Symptoms can include:

The National School Boards Association (NSBA) Guide -"Safe at School and Ready to Learn: A Compressive Policy Guide for Protecting Students with Life-Threatening Food Allergies" - A guide developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with collaboration with FAAN (Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network), NASN (National Association of School Nurses, and USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture). The guide is designed to help school leaders and schools establish policies and practices that support allergies. Also available is a power point presentation and videos.
