Food Allergy Association of Wisconsin Inc. (FAAW) can accept tax deductible donations.
Note: Membership Fees must be paid by check
FAAW is a "write-in" non-proft agency for all counties in Wisconsin. You can allocate all or a portion of your United Way contribution to FAAW using the write-in option on the United Way donation form at your place of employment. All the "write-in" gifts received by the United Way will be allocated to FAAW. Just write Food Allergy Association of Wisconsin, Inc in the "write-in" blank. Also, check the box on the form to receive an acknowledgement so we may recognize you for your gift.
