FOOD ALLERGY ASSOCIATION OF WISCONSIN, INC.
The Food Allergy Association of Wisconsin, Central Wisconsin Chapter was first
established in September 2006 under the name Wausau Area Food Allergy Support
Team (WAFAST). In 2009, we officially became a chapter of the Food Allergy
Association of Wisconsin. Our mission is to connect families and adults living with
food allergies in central Wisconsin. FAAW-CWC seeks to realize this mission through
awareness raising, training and support. We are operated entirely by volunteers.

Join us, along with the Wausau Celiac Support Group, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, 333 Pine Ridge Boulevard, Wausau, WI.
Meetings are held at 6:30 to 8:00pm in the hospital's Medallion Restaurant (down the left hallway upon entering the front doors).
Network with other food allergy families and learn from guest speakers. More details and dates to be announced.

Speaker: Psychologist, Dr. Connie O'Heron, Ph.D.
Topic: Managing anxiety in food allergic families, adults,
and children and how to assist in coping with allergies.
Dr. O'Heron will be taking questions in advance or at the meeting.
